Lodge school is housed in three buildings, namely the Lodge International School on Jalan Wan Alwi, the Lodge Primary and Kindergarten building and Lodge National Secondary building which is located at Tabuan Desa. The Secondary and Primary School buildings are generally regarded as the main campus, as both are located in close proximity to each other, with several entrances between them. The main administrative offices are located in Lodge National Secondary School.Currently, Government Health Inspectors had the school closed down due to extremely unhygienic restrooms and an extremely dirty canteen. The school's director, Chang Poh Soon stated that he is sorry for the school's poor condition and promised to upgrade the school's faulty facilities.
When the school reopens, the government decided to send covert health inspectors to investigate and conduct reconnaissance to ensure that the school's director will do what he stated.
